Suggest Remedies For Constipation

I have not have regular bowl movement since 8/10, I did use Smoothe move tea for a couple of days, had a colonic, took Psyllius Husk, Flax Oil, QBC Plex, Spilantes, Golden Seal, nothing moved the bowl, I saw a Dr. he ordered blood test which did not show anything out of order, I started taking 90 billion Probiotic and since 4 days I am taking Milk Magnesia in the evening and prune juice in the AM, still only liquid is being released. Any support you can give me?

Constipation is mostly due to bad dietary habits. It is better to control your constipation in a natural ways. You should include fiber in your diet.
Advice
1.     Syrup Duphalac 2 teaspoonful per oral at bed time if you have constipation
2.     Albendazole 400 mg orally empty stomach in the morning – single dose only
3.     Include fiber in your diet such as split peas, lentils, black beans, lima beans, baked beans, whole grains such as barley, bran flakes, oatmeal, and brown rice, vegetables and fruits such as papaya, raspberries, pears, and apples
4.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
5.     Avoid weight lifting
6.     Avoid straining while defecating
7.     Do not avoid going to toilet. Whenever you feel immediately go to toilet. Do not postpone it
8.     Avoid tea and coffee as these contain tannins which cause constipation
