Suggest Remedies For Cough, Running Nose And Fever In A Child

My son is 3 years old. Last two days he suffered by cough, runny nose. From yesterday night onwards fever started. Due to cough he vomitted in day time. We gave him Sinarrst - AF . For fever paracetamol P - 250. Shall I give both at a same time. He feeling tired very quickly in normal time. Suggest any Multivitamin syrup too. Kindly suggest

Hello,

It might be simple respiratory tract infection. You can continue paracetamol. If fever persists, better to consult a paediatrician and start antibiotics.
