Suggest Remedies For Cramps And Vomiting During Pregnancy

Hi, I am 38 weeks pregnant, I have been dilated at 1cm last time I was checked. Today around 2am I woke up to cramping and vomiting. All day I have been nauseated and felt ill. My hand hurt to open and close and it feels like I am walking on pins and needles. I feel exhausted. What should I do?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,

Take pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination on empty stomach twice daily.
Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
