Suggest Remedies For Crooked Toenail Oozing Clear Liquid Post An Injury

I was moving some furniture around my apartment and ended up stubbing my big toe. However after the initial pain subsides do noticed that my toenail looked crooked. I touched the nail and realized it had detached from the nail bed by about 75%. I soaked it in cold water, put alcohol and peroxide on it to disinfect and then put antibiotic ointment on it. I also to some ibuprofen to help with the pain and any swelling that may occur. Now I ve noticed however that a clear liquid is oozing out from around the nail. Is it a good sign or should I go to urgent care?

if the fluid is clear than it means that wound is in a healing phase, conversely if there is yellowish/foul smelling liquid then u have a source of infection and u should start with an antibiotic or go see a doctor.
