Suggest Remedies For Cut Marks On My Hands

im xxxx and i had cut my hand and its almost 8 months and the marks are very much visible and i cant even wear half sleeves and i cant even go with expensive medication (plastic surgery) so plsss can u tell me how to get rid of them by any means of ointments

1.dont scratch over the scars.
2.apply mederma ointment twice daily over the scars.
3.consult your dermatologist for laser removal of scars.
