Suggest Remedies For Delayed Menstruation
my wife period cycle start was last month 19th july. and this month is not start the period till 19th august i was check the pregnancy test on 23rd august it is negative. and she has taken the tab MP FORT 27th august as per the medical instruction but no result on that. Can you suggest me what should i do.

Elleste duet is not a contraceptive pill; it's used for hormonal replacement therapy in peri menopausal and post menopausal period.
It can cause weight gain. As it's not a contraceptive, additional method of contraceptive (preferably barrier) has to be used if the age is below 50 years or less than 12 months have elapsed from your last period.
Abdominal cramps and pain are also common. Do consult your doctor if it's severe and unbearable.

I understand your concern
MP forte does not induce the menstruation. It contain nutrient supplements.
It could be a pregnancy or hormonal imbalance.
Pregnancy test will give positive result 8-0 days after the missed period.
So for pregnancy, you did pregnancy test very early and ut is the reason of false negative.
I would suggest to undergo repeat urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG when your period is delayed by 8-10 days to confirm the pregnancy.
If pregnancy will detect then intrauterine pregnancy will terminated up to 9
week by abortion pill under the advise of gynecologist.
In absence of pregnancy,in hormonal imbalance, period can be induced by the progesterone pill.
Avoid stress as it cause delay in the period.
Take healthy diet, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
