Suggest Remedies For Delayed Periods And Low Blood Iron

i need a lady doctor....as my periods are not yet been happened and its being 16days since the last month i got at 8th and this time its 23. i have a problem with iron as my body is lack of iron and also lack of blood. What should i do.Can you refer me some doctor.
