Suggest Remedies For Delayed Periods And White Vaginal Discharge

I started seeing some whitish discharge from my vagina with particles,I went to do a lab test and they said there were presence of coliform.i was treated for it .But right now i have started seeing those whitish /yellowish discharge and my menstrual period is being delayed for 4 days now,please,help.thanks
