Suggest Remedies For Delayed Periods While Using Nuva Ring

I started nuva ring on the 1st day of my cycle/ 1st day of my period on february 13th. I kept it in for the three weeks and started my period again on march 6th the day I was supposed to take it out but before I actually did take it out. Now it is april 6th and my period still hasn't. started. I am supposed to start another ring Sunday, but I haven't had a withdrawal bleeding, I took a pregnancy test that was negative on the 5th . But I am still worried, I've never missed a period before on birth control or otherwise I am always regular 29 day cycles without birth control and 28 obviously on it. I am worried if I am pregnant I could harm the baby since I am prescribed to adderall for adhd so I need to know. Should I go see a doctor?
