Suggest Remedies For Delayed Periods With Negative HPT

Hi dr..I am a 36 year old female...I have missed 2 periods...Last time when my period was due , i had a very light bleeding.It was so light that i ccould not get any blood on my napkins.After that i had lots of cramps and all ..l.I did a pregnancy test when i was 25 days late ..it came out negative..I donot have any other symptoms of pregnancy...What do i do?
