Suggest Remedies For Delayed Periods

I had used bromergon tablets for 9 months to have regular menstrual cycle . after I left using for 6 months my cycle comes regulary but then start to delayed for 10 days .
I think to use bromergon again but dont know how much to use daily . Can you help me ?
