Suggest Remedies For Delayed Periods

Hi Doctor, I'm little late (like 3 - 4 days) for my periods this month and which is not new for me to have periods after the due date, I don't have sex without protection. Generaly when the date comes near I start having dry fruits which induces menses on time but this time even after having them the periods didnot come, please advise?
