Suggest Remedies For Depression Due To Inferiority Complex

Hi doctor my main problem is i always feel like am inferior to everybody in every aspects, in such case i feel very ackward among the crowd,though am an MBA professional i should mingle with the people,but am not able to do so,and am mentally disturbed,because of this reason many times i thought to suicide but am not mentally strong enough for that also,Please do suggest a solution doctor,amd please help me out of this.

I think, you have social anxiety or anxious avoidance personality. In that case, you need proper treatment with medicine like antidepressant with benzodiazepine. Better to consult psychiatrist for proper treatment and in case, you need further help, you can ask.

The symptoms like inferiority complex from every body and feeling awkward in crowds could occur due to some depression or probably also due to social anxiety leading to depressive symptoms. The ideas of suicide further worsen the condition. If these symptoms are causing impairment in your functioning then I would advise you to consult a Psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment.

Medicines like SSRIs or SNRIs can help to reduce the symptoms of depression and will result in improvement in confidence. For symptoms related to social anxiety medicines like beta blockers or benzodiazepines can help. Propranolol can help to reduce the symptoms of anxiety. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription.
