Suggest Remedies For Difficulty In Swallowing, Choking And Dry Cough
Hello dr ... i have had swallwoing trouble more than 4 months ago .... about food & water it is good .... but about my saliva i cant ... feeling of a lump in my throat ... now i developed pain with swalloing ... and chocking ... some times dry cough .. Thxxx for your care :)

It could be acid reflux probably. Consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscopy: As of now, you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
