Suggest Remedies For Dizziness And Nausea

I just returned from walking around downtown and i feel very light-headed, dizzy, and nauseous. I am also slightly shaky when picking up things. I just drank some water and ate, but it hasn't helped. I really feel out of it, so to speak. What could be wrong?

HI. This can be a start of a flu or the likes.
Take a bed rest
Take Paracetamol.
Wait and watch for sometime..
If alright - fine
Or else visit ER
IS this the first time? Or a recurrent Problem?
Any other associated symptoms ?
