sometimes when I drink liquor the next day when I have a hangover I can't walk across the floor without my heart racing dizziness tingling in hands I feel like I am having a heart attack what is this I have to take something to calm my heart down from racing

one thing i need to know how frequently you drink alcohol. it appears you are having signs of alcohol withdrawal which goes off as soon as you substitute alcohol again.
kindly refrain from alcohol and visit deaddiction specialist (psychiatrist)
