Suggest Remedies For Dizzy Spells And Headaches After An Assault

three weeks ago I was assaulted, they left me unconscious for an hour before I was found. I have a very sore knee, but that s healing. my concern is I am having dizzy spells, and falling quite often..i cant sleep, I think in the last 4 days iv slept 3-4 hours total. when I lay down my head spins, and I feel like im going to be sick. I have headaches all the time, which I have not had in the past. I did have 2 black eyes, bruised jaw and cheek. I know the attackers kicked me and punched me in the face and head.

I can understand your concern. You are having injuries of multiple parts. It must be causing very much pain. It could be a reason for your sleepless nights . Head injury may also cause such symptoms. But as your injuries are 3 weeks old and you are conscious, oriented and alert, it means your head injury is not dangerous now. But if headache does not subside completely even after taking pain killer then you must consult Doctor. He might advise you CT scan of head after neurological examination.

For headache and pain at other body parts, you can take Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription. For sleep you can take zolpidem after proper prescription. Your black eyes and bruises should subside on its own in next 7-10 days. I think you have noticed change in colour of your bruises. Take rest till you recover completely from pain.
