Suggest Remedies For Dizzy Spells Even After 4 Days Of Injury

I fell 4 days ago, was treated in hospital - 8 stitches over my right eye, and the left side of my face is badly bruised. I am still having dizzy spells when I lie down, or stand. I do not feel as if I am about to fall, but they do worry me as the fall was 4 days ago. Should I return to the hospital?
