I injured my inner ear with a Q-tip. I accidently jammed the tip hard enough to cause a flap tear in the skin on the drum. It bled quite abit. It has stopped bleeding but I still have dried blood, etc that is causing a blocked feeling. I can hear ok but would like to know what I should do to remove the dried blood. I have seen my internist and was told to pour a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water in the ear and than tilt so that it comes out. It doesn't feel like it is coming all out. It has bee a week since the accident.
hi pls don't pour hydrogen peroxide in ear . it causes damage to skin there . syringing with luke warm water removes the clot. but it should be done by ENT surgeon or a doctor , don't try it by other professional .
