Suggest Remedies For Dry And Dark Skin On The Face

Hi, My boyfriend is 31, had been depressed in 2009 which included a puffy face and bad skin related to the emotional states. He has been anti-depressant free for a year but for the last year has had dark dry skin speading from his eyes in a curve back to his ears and then to his mouth, widening and darkening over time. Please recommend some products, diets or care. I know he should use high-factor sunscreen to protect the skin while it is so damaged but he resists despite my encouragement. Kindest regards.
