Suggest Remedies For Dry Cough, Congested Throat And Hoarse Voice

Hi. I am a 30 year old non-smoker. A few days ago I developed a dry cough with no other symptoms, however I could definitely feel blockage in my throat and my voice felt froggy . I have been taking Mucinex DM for 1 1/2 days and still have not yet coughed any phlegm up, but now I have a runny nose. Should I stop taking the Mucinex?

stop all drugs. take tablet azithromycin 500 mg once daily. and tablet cetrizine and tablet rantac twice daily for 3 days. continue ur diet and diabetis drugs. if no improvement take ent opinion
