Suggest Remedies For Dryness And Irritation On Face

I have used supatret c, becoz i have got 2-3 pimples on my face, but i applied this cream on my whole face so now i got dryness, tightness and irritation on my face and my face is shining like a bulb and it is looking very bad please suggest me something asap

You must stop the medication immediately. You can apply a moisturiser over your face twice daily to reduce dryness. Avoid sun exposure as much as possible. An antihistamine like fexofenadine can be used if itching is persistent.
