Suggest Remedies For Elevated Blood Pressure Levels

Hi my blood pressure has been elevated for a couple of weeks now ranging from 171 over 131 to now 134 over 96. Went to ER a twice in this span back in the upper 90s before they discharged me. Told me to follow up with my Dr. But that won t be til Monday at the earliest. Right now I can t sleep and I checked it. 130 over 96. Is that an okay level

Hello

The blood pressure (bp) of 130 over 96 is within acceptable range. However, you are experiencing lack of sleep. That might be due to anxiety. Take chamomile tea or supplement containing passiflora/valeriana/aloe vera.

Then should schedule immediate consultation with cardiologist and run a complete cardiac check up and blood work.
