Suggest Remedies For Episodes Of Passing Out And Urinary Incontinence

Recently he has been experiencing breathlessness to the point where he will pass out and lose control of his bladder. I witnessed one of these episodes yesterday, and its quite frightening for all involved. He currently takes Madapar, Sifrol and Antenex (among others). Please can you provide some assistance on what we as carers can do when an episode like this occurs and also what drugs can be prescribed?
