Suggest Remedies For Excess Saliva,chest Pressure And Lethargy

I am 29 ye old female. I have been experiencing excessive saliva a lot of chest pressure it hurts when I take deep breathes and I get light headed I am weak just do nor feel like myself I also have alien of sinus issues and severe headaches please help

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of sinusitis related symptoms is more likely.
Lethargy, headache, excessive saliva, chest pressure etc are commonly seen with sinusitis.
So better to consult ENT doctor and get done clinical and endoscopic examination of sinuses.
Also get done x ray of paranasal sinuses.
You will need higher antibiotic like levofloxacin or azithromycin.
Also do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
Also take levocetrizine and paracetamol combination twice daily.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
