Suggest Remedies For External Vaginal Itching And Skin Irritation On Vagina

Hi, it s been a week since I have external vaginal itch ing, skin irritation and very bad itching in inguinal area.... I m pretty sure is not candida because I don t have any itching inside, smell or liquid ( I had candida when I was pregnant, few years ago....and there are not the same symptoms). When I touch the the inguinal area it s look a bit like a moschito bite. I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist recommend me canes ten external cream and a hydrocortisone cream to combine them and used them twice a day. It s been more then 3days and I don t see any improuvement. Also I have to let you know that I m using daily pads, because I have urinary incontinence. It s been a while since I m using the same brand....so no changes had been made recently. Thank you for your answer.

First of all, please donot apply steroid cream on it...it can cause even more damage than doing good....
Scabies is a wise guess....look for person around u having iching over his body, do u have iching on any part of body other than this place esp webs between fingers or scalp....does iching get worse at night?
Second guess is fungal infection....look for circular ring shaped lesions over body, at the site of iching....let me know. I will guide u
