Suggest Remedies For Extra Growth Of Foreskin

I am uncircumcised, this has led to some foreskin adhering to the inside of my urethra. I would like to get this rectified and also remove the sebaceous prominence I also have. While I realize I could see a dermatologist I know they d just refer me to someone else like a plastic surgeon. What should I do?

Hi,

It needs to be surgically removed. Based on the history given you seem to be suffering from 'phimosis'. It occurs when the foreskin cannot be retracted (pulled back) behind the head (glans) of the penis. It can often lead to a painful type of infection called balanitis. So, you should consult a general surgeon for proper clinical assessment and surgical treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
