Suggest Remedies For Extreme Side Effects After Discontinuing Effexor

I ve been off effector about 4 days....cold turkey. I m feeling nauseous...crazy sounds in my head...headaches..can t sleep....was taking 75mg. I ran out meds...my mail order not come in yet. So thought I ll quit this stuff....been on it probably 9-10 years. Didn t realize horrible withdrawal symptoms. I have some citalopram HBR 20 mg here that doc took my mom off of several weeks ago. Would it be okay if I take these for few days to lessen the withdrawal symptoms?

you are addict and problem are psychotic. take counseling from clinical psychologist. you need dedication counseling from dedication clinic. yoga and meditation may help you.
