Hi my na is Shontel I m a heavy bleeder and I keep going back to doctors and giving pills doesn t work been bleeding 4 months now and getting bad cramps and changed mood swings getting cold and feel like I m gonna fant but the nurses want me to go back if continued bleeding but am still bleeding getting out of control now what s ur opinion please

As per your history is concerned you have heavy bleeding which is due to many pathological causes so do an ultrasound. And CBC blood and TSH tests
Take following drugs :
1)IRON caps at night
2)Combiflam for pain
3)Lysteda during periods to control bleeding
4)Take oral PROGESTERONE 45 mg every other day starting from 15th day upto 25th day.And repeat 3 cycles like this.
So nothing to be worried do as I told next what you need I will tell you.Thanks
