Suggest Remedies For Extremely Low Levels Of Sodium

In recent lab test I received a report of unusually low sodium (125 MEQ/L) The reference range is 135-145. My doctor is concerned about effect on mental activity. In examining my diet and water intake no discernible cause has been found. Is this a problem?
