I traveled 7 hours car ride on thursday and back 7 hours car ride on saturday, today my legs are really achey feeling especially in the lower half of both legs, also I am feeling extremely fatigued. almost hard to keep my head up. not so much sleepy as just plain ole tuckered out. no energy.
