Hi, My daughter who is 2.2 ran a fever of 102.5 - 103.4 not real sure took it with 6 different thermometers. One said 103.4 the rest said 102.4 -102.5. I gave her children s Tylenol, and a luke warm bath. Took her temp again, and it ran 100.7. She woke up this morning with phlegm in her throat, and she coughed a little as I put her down. When should I take her in to see a doctor? It looks like I may have to use urgent care since it is the weekend now. Should I take her to the ER tonight? Or wait and take her to urgent care, or wait until monday? Or wait and see if its just a cold?
