Suggest Remedies For Fluid Filled Bumps On The Intergluteal Cleft

I noticed after I wore a thong I got bumps on my butt crack and I keep having a lot of discharge with a foul smell for the past month. I haven t went to a doctor because I don t have insurance . I was hoping the smell would go away . I assumed it was because I wore tampons but it won t go away . I don t know how to get rid of it without having to go to the doctors .

General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

noted history of fluid filled bumps on the butt crack with foul smell. it may be any of these perianal lesions: fistula-in-ano, perianal abscess, chronic fissures, piles. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics (such as proctoscopy and direct rectal examination) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
