Suggest Remedies For Frequent Cold And Sneezing

I am suffering from very frequent cold & sneezing problem. Twice or thrice in a week, I catch cold. It stays for a day or half and then vanishes. Again after few days, the same happens. My father & elder brother is also facing the same problem. It happens all of a sudden. At 9 AM in the morning, there is no issue at all. At 9:30, it suddenly appears. Once I start sneezing, it doesn t stop at all. How to get this health issue resolved?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of feeling of sudden cold like symptoms and sneezing continuously is not related to any infection and seems to be most probably due to Allergic reaction to some unknown allergen and common air borne irritants are pollen grains, animal danders, dust, smoke etc..
You need to consult an Allergist and get evaluated and in case of allergy
anti-allergics like Levocetrizine can be advised to you along with decongestant nasal sprays as well as steroid inhaler..
You can also get tested for the exact cause of allergy and try to avoid exposure to allergen as well as Immunotherapy can be given to you to reduce the frequency of severity of symptoms..
