Suggest Remedies For Frequent Migraines

My boyfriend recently has been getting his migrane headaches back. His last one was really bad and it lasted for almost 12 hours. He used to get them from the ages of 18 till 26 and they just stopped he is now 29 and gets them 2 to 3 times a day. He's been to doctors and they can't seem to find out what's wrong with him. He has no insurance and just doesn't know what to do anymore. The pain is so bad he can't think or speak. Please help me.
