Suggest Remedies For Giddiness And Vomiting Sensation After Discontinuing Medication For Low BP

I have stopped the LOW BP tablets three months back, but now i am suffering from giddiness, vomitic sense and running out of tempreature and severe stomach ache, can you please advice me or suggest me whether i can continue th old tablets which gave for LOW BP else to consult with the doctor to follow the new prescription
