Suggest Remedies For Greyness In Vision And Tear In Peripheral Area Of The Left Eye

I was diagnosed as prediabetic and given metformin. I just had a blood test and my A1C is 5.6. I was on estradiol and quit taking it about 2 weeks ago. My blood sugar has stabilized and I don t have the sweating, confusion, fatigue... I went to my eye doctor a year ago and all was well. A year later I have a tear in the peripheral area of my left eye and they can t get a reading on that eye because it is farther out of shape than my normal stigmatism. About 4 times (not in a row) I woke up and had a greyness in my eye not in the middle but to the side of my vision. This morning I woke up and my right eye did the same thing. It only lasts for about 30 to 45 seconds. Am I sleeping wrong and compressing my eye
