Suggest Remedies For Grinding Noises In Joints While Suffering From Cervical Spondylosis

hi, I suffer from cervical spondylosis which causes pain mostly in my shoulders and top part of my neck. I have recently started hearing grinding noises when I turn my head or get out of bed in a morning. Is it all connected to me having cervical spondylosis. I am a female aged 54 yrs and going through the menopause
