Suggest Remedies For Hair Loss And Excessive Dandruff

I have excess hair loss ,greying of hairs and drandruff + i have dandruff on eyelashes and problem of acnes sprouting anywhere on the body . Please suggest something- what product to use + diet. I prefer natural product like curd for hair problems. Is using curd benificial if used frequently??? I want dermatologist to answer my question

Use a ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly.
Avoid cosmetics, facials, scrubbing, sugary foods, oiling of scalp, intake of milk products, hot humid weather.
Yes you can use curd for hair loss.
