Suggest Remedies For Healing Of A Jones Fracture

I have had a jones fracture since august, 2010. Had a screw put in within days. Been using a bone stimulator since the end of December and it still hurts and does not appear to be healing. I do not want another surgery and have to wait until May anyways for a non-union to be declared. Meanwhile what more can I be doing to help this thing heal?
