Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Explain that it is important performing some tests in order to investigate for the possible causes underlying his situation:

- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound in order to examine his heart
- an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring would help investigate for the type of cardiac arrhythmia
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- a brain CT scan in order to exclude possible stroke, related to the cardiac arrhythmia and cardiac embolism.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
