Suggest Remedies For Heart Arrhythmia, Fatigue And Reduced Cognitive Abilities
my friend is a diabetic and he has an acute heart arithmia, the other day at work he had a pulse rate of 104 with a strong pulse he has also been complain of exghaughstion even from the time he wakes up and a general ache in his body, along with a decrease in his cognitive abilities which cause him to mess up at work more frequently.
Explain that it is important performing some tests in order to investigate for the possible causes underlying his situation:
- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound in order to examine his heart
- an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring would help investigate for the type of cardiac arrhythmia
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance
- a brain CT scan in order to exclude possible stroke, related to the cardiac arrhythmia and cardiac embolism.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
