Suggest Remedies For Heart Palpitations And Breathlessness In An Elderly Person

Good day Dr My wife is around 53 years old and she is having frequently breathlessness and palpitation. She is a hypothroid patient for almost more than 25 years and is on Eltroxin 100ug. Her Free T3, T$ and TSH results are within limits. She gets sometimes missing beat sensation also. She is on Olmetec 20 for more than a year, During a recent consultation with a doctor, she has been asked to take Concor COR 2.5. After taking she felt a little better for a few days. But now she has again breathlessness and palpitation. Any guidance for my wife to come out of this condition? Thanks and Regards
