Suggest Remedies For Heart Palpitations And Headache
Hi, I m feeling quite a discomfort in my heart right now. I have palpitations and a slight pinchy/greasy feeling in my heart too. I also feel some very slight pain all around my body, as if i was doing exercise. I also have a headache and I feel lightheaded. It all started 3 hours back when I over ate, basically I had a triple cheeseburger with fries and a coke and also a bit of leftover Chinese food. Will I stop feeling this soon? Maybe in a few hours? (I m only 15 btw, and this has been happening quite frequently, especially when I have fast food, which is like almost everyday)
To maintain good health, I advise you to avoid outside food especially buttery and cheese. At home, food should be less spicy.
According to various studies these food contain high lipids (cholesterol and triglycerides). So this lipid in excess deposits in artery wall of the heart and narrow it so blood supply to your heart is decreased.
Now answer to your question is these things lead to palpitation and mild chest pain. My advice is you should do your lipid profile in fasting and then after further management should be done.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
