Suggest Remedies For Heavy And Long Periods In A Child
Hi my daughter is highly athletic and plays travel softball year round. She s 13. With having her period several times a month. Like 9 days on 9 days off then 7 on 10 off. Omg. It s gotta stop Ben this way for over a year. The pour kid. She sweats profusely under her arms. Like thru her shirts. It s embarking to her. Please help us. We have no insurance. So can t afford to run to dr. And have lots of testing done. Thx
Hello dear I understand your concern Heavy and long period could be due to hormonal imbalance, endometriosis, adenomyosis, bleeding disorder, polyp, thyroid dysfunction, cervix and endometrium dysplasia. I would suggest to consult the authorised gynaecologist and undergo reproductive and thyroid hormone analysis, USG scan, PAP smear, BT/CT, APTT test Treatment will depend on the specific cause Progesterone pill or birth control pill will help to regularise the period Tranexemic acid will help to reduce the bleeding Maintain proper pelvic hygiene and eat healthy diet with iron supplements Hope this may help you
