Suggest Remedies For Heavy Menstrual Flow, Severe Headaches And Dizziness

my 14 yr old daughter has very heavy bleeding during her menstural cycle. She also gets very bad headaches daily level 7-8 during cycle and level 2-4 other days. She also has dizziness that goes along with the headache. Her doctor put her on norethindrone .35 mg in May but she continues to have monthly periods. Another dr recommended prometrium 100mg. Thoughts/ concerns?

hi healthcare magic user, it seems that your daughter might have low hemoglobin due to bleeding which could be the cause of dizziness and headache.other possibility of migraine.
if I would have been your doctor I would have advised some blood work like complete blood count, TSH, blood sugars. for bleeding could have started on pills and tablet pause during periods.
I find this answer helpful
