Suggest Remedies For High Blood Pressure

My blood pressure has been 180/100 for two days .
I have not been diagnosed with hypertension before.
I am 280 pounds.
I exercise rigorously every day swim bike run play tennis.
I have no food or drug allergies. I have no other history.
I took 10 mg of lisinopril five hours ago yet my pressure remains at 180/100 can I safely take another one right now?
