Suggest Remedies For High Blood Pressure

Bp 167/91. Lost what I already wrote you. Usually in 120 s over 7o s. Can t sleep. Freezing. Am going on trip in am. Figure that may be it or the meal for supper- ate out. Should I take a Bp pill. Was on Bp meds until 3 weeks ago. Have been watching all salt intake and eating right. Bp been good. Eating watermelon now drinking water. Going to eat candy bar. - things read on Internet just now Can I take a Bp pill. Still have them.

Your symptoms seem to be related to high blood pressure. I see that you have already used blood pressure medications. I suggest to continue using them as prescribed by your doctor. Meanwhile,I suggest using Nifedipine 10 mg to lower the blood pressure.
