Suggest Remedies For High Level Of Ketone
Im almost done with phase one of the south beach diet and I've been urinating alot. I've lost 14 lbs in 2 weeks and my doctor did a urine test and stated that my ketone levels were higher than normal. She stated to add some good carbs to my diet now. How do I lower the ketones.

What you should do in such a situation is the following :
1. Get examined by a specialist.
2. Urine routine and culture.
3. Do blood routine, FBS,PP2BS,HbA1C,LFT,creatinine, and platelets.
4. ultrasound scan -KUB,with residual urine.
According to reports, the doctor will advise proper treatment.
