Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
First of all i would suggest to start treatment with levothyroxine and recheck the TSH level after 6 weeks.
If the symptoms persist you have to consult a psychiatrist for narcolepsy treatment.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
