Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my opinion.

Your excessive sweating ,also called hyperhydrosis can be attributed to an underlying medical condition, and in this case it's called secondary hyperhidrosis.

But in some cases,Hyperhydrosis can be a primary condition,if it has no underlying medical cause.

One of the most common causes of this condition is Hyperthyroidism.
My advice is to do the thyroid tests TSH,fT3 and fT4,to see if you have have any thyroid disorder that can explain your Hyperhydrosis.

Anyway ,i suggest to consult physically your doctor and discuss with him all the potential causes of your condition.

Hope this helps.
Let me know if i can assist you further.
